Yahara Bay Whiskey

Description:  Made with 4 grains (corn, barley, wheat and rye) this 2 year, single batch, single barrel whiskey is Yahara Bay’s best seller. Aged in Southern White Oak American Bourbon barrels, this whiskey displays fantastically smooth tones of vanilla and was the first aged whiskey to be produced in WI since prohibition.  

Tasting Notes: Full-bodied, sweet, with heavy notes of hardwoods,maple syrup, molasses and aged vanilla

Serving Suggestions: Yahara Bay’s best selling whiskey is perfect straight up, on ice, or in any whiskey cocktail.  We enjoy it with Lemonade in the summer, with apple cider in the fall or with a splash of WIS-KEE liqueur for sweetness.
